For $85 per person, toast with champagne specials by the bottle and by the glass, along with a celebratory toast at midnight. The menu features Searsucker seasonal menu favorites like the Beef Tartare and Foie Gras, along with one-night menu items only like the Baked Ricotta and Lobster Bisque.
