Searsucker is for Lovers
It’s February, which means it’s almost time for every couple’s favorite holiday (and every single person’s least favorite holiday): Valentine’s Day!
We’ll be running Valentine’s Day Specials from February 7th through the 14th for you and your loved one, even if that loved one is just yourself (or our Biscuits).
First up on the menu is the Lobster Carpaccio, a cold dish served with preserved lemon, watermelon pickled radish, and American caviar. This appetizer pairs well with some of our romantic specialty cocktails like Anything for My Princess (made with Empress gin, lychee puree, lychee juice, and sake) or our Blackberry Smash (made with Michter’s Small Batch Bourbon, cane sugar, lemon, mint, and blackberries).
Then comes the pièce de résistance, our Sizzling Cowboy Steak for Two. This massive 32 oz Rib Eye comes out sizzling like your love (this pun brought to you by our very own Chef Stephen La Sala), served with chimichurri, charred spring onions, and spiced butter. If you’re ready for your second drink by then, some good pairs are our Classic Old Fashioned (Russell’s Reserve 10yr Bourbon, with orange, cinnamon, cherry, and aromatic & orange bitters) or a glass of Chardonnay – our pick is the Newton Red Label from 2014.
