We’re only four weeks away from the new year, and in Las Vegas, it’s important to book your dinner party’s table to ensure that the last night of 2019 is superb.
Ring in 2020 with a specially crafted four-course dinner that will surely end 2019 on a high note. Searsucker is offering a delicious last meal of the year in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip at Caesars Palace.

Whether you are having an entire extravaganza for the night with a group or a laidback New Year’s Eve dinner for two and firework show viewing, Searsucker has the perfect dinner to celebrate 2020 NYE in Las Vegas.

Begin dinner with Hamachi with pickled persimmon serrano relish, lime, and mint, or perhaps you may prefer Chef’s West Coast Oyster made with champagne mignonette. We have several entrée choices that range from Filet Mignon to Verlasso Salmon to classic Grilled Chicken – you can’t go wrong here!

For our vegetarian friends we’re offering their very own selection on the menu with fresh Greens from Desert Bloom Farms and Campanelle Pasta which pairs perfectly with the crimini mushrooms it’s served with.
