Since prohibition it is prohibited that any Jim Beam Whiskey ever go unaccompanied which is why we have created a five course meal for you with special pairings. Spend the evening with Tim Weigel, Searsucker’s Mixologist whose creations are paired alongside Chef Stephen LaSala’s American Classics with a twist menu. Additionally,  Bobby “G” Gleason, Master Mixologist for Beam Suntory will be on hand to talk about about how the Kentucky whiskey was born and where the specific oak taste comes from.
