Chef Brian Malarkey brings a fresh twist to his favorite American classics. The new menu items expand on Searsuckers’ social dining concept giving you a place to hang out with your friends, eat great food, listen to great music.
As part of the updated experience, guests can enjoy a handful of new shareable classics. Make long-lasting memories with friends, both old and new, while dining on dishes such as the Pear Carpaccio & Prosciutto with Micro Greens, Blue Cheese, Honey & Walnuts or the Carb-Free Crab Cake with Fennel, Lemon Caper Aioli & Tabasco.
Continue the experience with a variety of Steak and Seafood options in the “From the Grill” section with your choice of sauce to accompaniment the entree. Chef Malarkey recommends the 14oz. Prime Dry Aged New York Steak with Green Peppercorn Reduction to excite your taste buds.
Don’t stress, your Searsucker favorites such as the Braised Pork Butt and the 36 oz. Ribeye Tomahawk will still be available, with a few of Malarkey’s re-imagined creative twists.
