Get Fresh with Chef Brian Malarkey’s
Salsa Verde Recipe

Inspired by the local herbs and flavors of Austin

IMG_0990

We’ve always got something fresh cooking at Searsucker! Our founder, Chef Brian Malarkey, dishes about his latest light breakfast delight: a fresh Salsa Verde, inspired by the herbs and flavors of Austin.

“I opened Searsucker in Austin so I could visit as much as possible. I love the land of breakfast tacos and brisket, but sometimes you have to keep it a lighter! When I’m away and craving an Austin taco, I often whip up an easy Salsa Verde that’s made fresh and bright with local herbs.”

A good topping to any light dish, nothing packs more punch than this mix of herbs and spicy goodness! Find the recipe for Chef Malarkey’s fresh Salsa Verde below and try it yourself, or come into Searsucker Austin and enjoy it during Brunch on our Salsa Verde Egg Toast!
